The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual customer and Five85 Detailing defining the rules and acceptable behavior of our services. Any conduct outside of our guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment.

Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.
Modification of Terms
At our discretion, Five85 Detailing may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights. You are solely responsible for your conduct while our services are being performed. Any conduct we feel violates fair use of our services may result in concluding our services at any point during the appointment without a refund of payment. If such conduct takes place, we will make a reasonable effort to communicate this with the violating parties and issue warnings when seen fit.
Payment
Complete Payment is due at the end of each appointment. Five85 Detailing reserves the right to cancel services and/or prohibit use of services in the future if full payment is not received.
Termination
Five85 Detailing reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.
